Rayman DS ist endgültig am Ende!

Um einige Monate wurde Rayman DS mittlerweile verschoben, sollte es doch mal zum US-Launch vom Nintendo DS fertig werden. Nach ersten Mockup-Screens unter Verwendung der N64 Version konnten wir euch dann aber auch echtes Material vom Nintendo DS zeigen. Und nun das Ende: Wie Ubisoft heute bekannt gab, hat das DC Studio in Montreal die Arbeiten an Rayman DS abgeschlossen, einem Release am 11. März rechtzeitig zum Euro-DS Launch steht also nichts mehr im Wege!

DC Studios announces development of the Rayman® for the Nintendo DS

Montreal, Canada. March 1st 2005. DC Studios is extremely happy to announce that it has completed the development of the Nintendo DS version of the latest installment of Ubisoft' s hugely popular Rayman® franchise. Rayman® DS has been developed in the company's Montreal Studio.

Rayman® DS is being released on the DS launch day in Europe in parallel with the hardware itself. The game features both single and wireless multiplayer modes and is a fully featured 3D game that fully uses the capabilities of the Nintendo DS including its wireless, 3D and touch screen capabilities.

Rayman® DS is the latest of many titles developed by DC Studios for UBISOFT having developed Taxi 2, Salt Lake 2002, Bear in the Big Blue House and Bratz in previous years.
